Due to unprecedented high package volumes and the additional COVID-safety measures being taken throughout the order fulfillment process, we anticipate needing additional processing and shipping time. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY ORDER?
Production is currently between 5-7 business days on most orders except for custom candle orders 7-14 business days.
Custom order production is currently between 1-2 weeks (business days only).
Here is what you can expect after you have successfully placed your order!
You should receive an email confirmation. If you have not received it please check your SPAM. Your order is processed in the order it has been received.Your ordered product(s) are then processed in the order it has been received
Standard Shipping ~ Please allow 5-7 business days for your item(s) to ship with the exception of custom orders.
Orders placed that include custom orders will process based upon the current production time noted above.
Production ~ Currently production is 5-7 business days. On or before 7 business days, we will send orders to our local post offices.
Custom Order production is currently 1-2 weeks. On or before 14 business days, we will send orders to our local post offices.
COVID-19 shipping for orders in the United States may take an additional 3-7 business days.
During holidays or times of high demand, orders will take an additional 3-7 business days to ship.
We CANNOT PROCESS RETUNRS/REFUNDS at this time. Requests for refunds shall be denied, unfortunately. If an order is sent back, for ANY REASON, including inputting the incorrect address, YOU shall be responsible and cover the shipping cost to resend the product(s).
If you have received a defective item due to craftsmanship, we'll be happy to replace it. Defective items will be exchanged for the exact same product in the (based on the original order). Please contact us at DecadenceConnect@gmail.com for further information.
